Sadly we said goodbye to this year World Cup a way earlier than I wished, we did not play pretty so I guess it is the least we deserve but still I am very proud of my team as always, GO PORTUGAL! Better luck in two years for the European Cup or in 4 for the World again. As for now best of luck for all the nations that are still on the run for the gold cup!

Where have I been?? Such a long time without writing!! How are you all doing? :D
As for me the reasons that I haven’t been writing are quite good, I have got home and have been happily busy going to the beach, being with my friends and enjoying my beloved country! :) Cause at the end of the day you know what? There’s nothing like the feeling of being home – and having said that here I leave with some photos of the place where my heart will always be – Ericeira, Portugal :) <3
Hi everyone! :) I hope you all had a great start of the week!
This time I tried I different bread, an oregano bread that turns out to be really simple to make and so delicious and healthy! It gave me a great breakfast along with a delicious slice of watermelon and a tasty almond milk with coffee
Here is the recipe,
- 40g of spelt flour
- 60g of cassava starch
- 3 tps of yeast
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp of olive oil
- 8 tbsp of water
- sunflower seeds and chia seeds (as much as you like)
1. Pre-heat the oven at 180ºC
2. Mix all dry ingredients. Add the liquid ingredients and mix it well. Pour into a baking form, sprinkle with the seeds and take it to the oven for about 40 minutes, et voilá! ;)
